Where can I find my customer purchase data?
This feature is only available in the Pro and Ultimate plans. To see more detailed information about what your customers have been purchasing, you’ll first need to set up a Mailchimp store. If you’re new to Data Mapper for Mailchimp, you’ll be guided through the process during onboarding. If you’re a returning customer, you can head to your settings page to connect a new store. Once you’ve connected a Mailchimp store, you’ll start to see your data syncing across to Mailchimp. To find it:
Open up your Mailchimp audience
Under the “Revenue” and “Orders” columns you should see totals for these groups
Click on a customer that has a “Revenue” and/or “Order” value
You can see additional activity in the activity feed here, such as individual orders
Scroll down to “Predictive analytics” and you can see even more dat,a such as “Spend to date” and “Average order revenue”
You can also see this data by viewing a contact that has made a purchase and in the "predictive analytics" section, select the store you created on our app's settings page as the source. The data below should populate with ordert totals.
When a customer makes a purchase, it will also show up in their activity feed.
